2. Our Services

Legacy Love Letters provides video production services to capture and preserve personal and family histories. The specifics of the services, including deliverables, timelines, and costs, are outlined in the package details on our pricing page and will be confirmed upon booking.

3. Payment and Booking

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final product. All payments are processed securely. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payments are not made on time.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Please refer to our satisfaction guarantee on our pricing page. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, you, the client, are granted a license to use the final video for personal, non-commercial purposes. Legacy Love Letters retains the copyright to all footage and may use clips for promotional purposes with your explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Legacy Love Letters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. You are advised to review these Terms of Service periodically for any changes.
